An independent product studio · Denver, Colorado
BurkeApps builds practical software for consequential work—connecting fragmented information, making tradeoffs visible, and keeping the final decision with people.
01 / The portfolio
DoorSpan is our flagship, shaped by firsthand property operations. It is not publicly available; maintenance beta preparation is underway. The other builds explore more focused questions.
Explore one accountable record for rental operations.
A property operations suite in development: DoorSpan connects the operating work, DoorSpan Onsite focuses on triage and work at a rental, and DoorSpan Home is designed for the resident relationship. Maintenance beta preparation is underway; the suite is not publicly available.

Inside DoorSpan / Try the routing logic
Type a fictional maintenance request and inspect the proposed trade. This browser-local demonstration uses the same rules as the DoorSpan website demo—not a connection to the live application.
Rules make the reason visible. They do not make the result infallible.
Use fictional examples only—no names, addresses or contact details. This demo does not send or store your entry.
No ticket is created and no vendor is contacted. An operator would still need to review and confirm the route.

02 / Guided product tours
Watch a walkthrough where an approved demo exists, or explore a guided workflow grounded in the current build. Every public screen uses demo, illustrative, or synthetic data.

In development03 / The method
Begin with work that is experienced closely enough to see the handoffs, exceptions, and missing context—not just the visible task.
Connect information to the next responsible action. Keep assumptions, sources, permissions, and boundaries visible.
Use AI to assemble, interpret, draft, and explain. Preserve human review anywhere the consequence matters.

04 / About the owner
BurkeApps starts with problems being solved by hand. Connect the scattered information, make the tradeoff visible and leave the consequential decision with a person. DoorSpan is the flagship; the other builds are earlier.
Bryan Burke brings more than 15 years across product, program and engineering roles at Salesforce and Cisco to hands-on AI product development. He owned IdeaExchange and Voice of the Customer, helped major customers adopt Lightning, and led product work for AI-powered account planning.
His work also included leading proofs of concept to inform build-or-buy decisions, strengthening an engineering team's delivery relationship with the business, and assembling a UX team for a five-organization Salesforce consolidation. That combination—building, evaluating and helping teams deliver—shapes BurkeApps.
Today, he turns firsthand operating problems into requirements, working software and tests. DoorSpan leads the portfolio, with further explorations in simulated investing, home redesign and general wellness. Each product retains its own development status; a compelling demonstration is not the same as a customer-ready release.

Private beta means a limited, controlled release only when explicitly shown as active. In development means implementation and evaluation continue. Not publicly available means you cannot sign up for or use the product as a public service. DoorSpan remains not publicly available while maintenance beta preparation continues. Screenshots, fictional walkthroughs and local demonstrations do not establish customer readiness.
